Round three of the Queensland Government’s Everyone’s Environment grant program is offering $5 million to assist eligible organisations and individuals across Queensland.

Workshop participants will discover during this 4 hour workshop the key principles and receive practical tools for the implementation of Lean into your business to improve quality, improve delivery performance, reduce lead times and reduce costs.
Case studies from non-automotive supply chain small to medium enterprises will also be used to show how the practical application of Lean Manufacturing tools can deliver significant benefits to your business.
