The MTA E-Directory works as tool that is designed to connect businesses with purchasing personnel and does not take any responsibility for work projects or engagement of services. All work projects or engagements are directly between the local business and the purchasing businesses and business should ensure that a full understanding of requirements and payments terms are clearly defined prior to the start of work.
