How long does it take for my registration to be processed an approved?
Registrations are generally processed and approved within 3-4 working days. If there are any errors with your registration or information is missing, MTA will contact you to assist you in completing your registration
How can I make my Business Profile attract more attention by potential purchasing officers?
It is recommended that you provide as much information as possible on your profile and ensuring that all information is true and and accurate profile of your business. MTA will be holding workshops and training to assist in ensuring your profile gives you the best change of presenting your business. You can contact the MTA Growth and Resilience Officer for further information on how to improve your business profile.
Are there any costs associated with the MTA E-Directory?
There is no cost to be listed on the MTA E-Directory however for businesses that are a financial MTA Member there is additional access to support and members only training to help improve your profile and receive high rankings across the system.
My business is registered in Brisbane but I service Moranbah, can I register for the MTA E-Directory?
As long as your business is actively servicing Moranbah you are welcome to apply for the MTA E-Directory. You may be contacted to provide additional information regarding your current Moranbah service arrangements.
